Situated on the beautiful Italian island of Capri, the Capri Tiberio Palace is a boutique luxury property and Leading Hotels of the World member, that caters to travelers looking for an exquisite white glove experience in a unique environment. 

The property’s management team believes deeply in providing excellent service at every guest touchpoint, which is why Mario Petraroli, Director of Sales & Marketing at the Capri Tiberio, was keen to remove paper and PDF credit card authorizations forms from their sales process. 

“We have guests come to stay at the property from all over the world and many of them are booked through travel advisors,” he said. “Paper and PDF authorization forms are not a convenient solution for these customers, as those documents need to be printed, signed, scanned and sent back to us. Additionally, many of the guests we host and travel advisors we work with communicate with us primarily through their mobile or tablet devices, and this makes it especially difficult to complete authorizations quickly.”
